BOOKING ONLINE WITH EXPERT DETAIL
By visiting our site and/ or Purchasing/Booking something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by expert detail. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your county of residence, you are booking one of our services and are genuinely engaging into a formal contract with us to have your car/vehicle detailed by us on the day and time you choose, we will be expecting you and will not be booking anything else in for that day, if you need to cancel we require at least 48hrs notice prior to your confirmed booking, for cancelations after this time there may be a €100+VAT cancelation fee.
GIFT VOUCHERS
All expert detail Gift Vouchers/Gift Cards are non cash redeemable, they can only be redeemed for expert detail services to the value of the gift voucher or may be used as part payment to another one of our services.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice, we reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
